OBJECTIVE: The general objective of this project is the research and development of new robotic welding and additive manufacturing technologies through the development of manufacturing processes that are more efficient, effective and competitive than traditional methods, obtaining greater energy efficiency and reducing polluting emissions.

Study of new welding technologies

STUDY OF NEW WELDING TECHNOLOGIES TO IMPROVE EFFICIENCY IN THE MANUFACTURE OF LARGE PARTS FOR THE OFFSHORE ENERGY SECTOR.
The aim of the project is to incorporate new welding processes associated with:
(a) The study of finite element simulation techniques to predict deformations.
b) Submerged arc welding (SAW) processes in deep thicknesses and circular geometries.

Traineeship contracts with young unemployed people
OBJETIVO: Asturfeito cuenta con financiación de la Consejería de Empleo, Industria y Turismo, a través de la convocatoria 2019, para la celebración de contratos en prácticas formalizados con jóvenes desempleados inscritos en el Sistema Nacional de Garantía Juvenil para empresas radicadas en el Principado de Asturias. Cuenta, además, con cofinanciación de la iniciativa de Empleo Juvenil y el Fondo Social Europeo en el marco del Programa Operativo de Empleo Juvenil 2014-2020..
