¿QUÉ ES EL CANAL ÉTICO?
El Canal Ético de ASTURFEITO S.A. es el canal interno de información para posibilitar la de informaciones obtenidas sobre infracciones en un contexto laboral o profesional previstas en el artículo 2 de la Ley 2/2023 de Protección de las Personas que Informen sobre Infracciones Normativas y de Lucha contra la Corrupción, así como infracciones del Código de Conducta de ASTURFEITO, S.A.

WHAT IS THE ETHICAL CHANNEL?
The Ethical Channel of ASTURFEITO S.A. is the internal information channel to enable the reporting of information obtained on infringements in a work or professional context, as established in article 2 of Law 2/2023 on the Protection of Persons Reporting Regulatory Infringements and Fight against Corruption, as well as infringements of the Code of Conduct of ASTURFEITO, S.A.

The Ethical Channel of ASTURFEITO S.A. is established and managed in a secure way, so confidentiality of the identity of the informant and of any third party mentioned in the communication, and of the actions carried out in the management and processing of such communication, as well as data protection, is guaranteed, preventing access by unauthorised personnel.
